Erten Cancellation and Return Policy

How Does the Return Process Work? 

As Erten, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can easily complete your return process in accordance with the following conditions.

 

 

Return Conditions

Online Purchases: You can return your product by creating a return request within 14 days from the shipping date.

In-Store Purchases: You can complete the return process within 14 days from the purchase date.

Products to be returned must be;

  • With the tag not removed,

  • With its original box, packaging, and accessories,

  • Unused and in resalable condition.

Products that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted for return. See. Purchase Conditions

 

 

How Can I Return? 

Via Online Store

  1. Log in to our website and create a return request from the “My Account” > “My Orders” section.

  2. If you experience a systemic problem, you can request a return code by contacting us at erten@ertentekstil.com, our line 0 (538) 645 43 94, or our Whatsapp address.

  3. Send the product, invoice, and all its contents completely via the contracted cargo company.

  4. If the return is approved, the payment will be refunded within 14 business days.

Note: Shipping fees incurred for returns sent outside the specified contracted cargo company belong to the customer.

 

If the products you sent in accordance with the above information meet the return conditions specified above upon reaching us, your return will be approved, and when your return is reported to your bank, you will be informed via the phone number or e-mail address in your membership information. Refunds may vary depending on internal bank processes, and delays may occur. We kindly ask you to follow these processes through your bank. 

 

 

Return Shipping Fee
Additional fees incurred for returns made outside the specified contracted cargo company are also reflected to the customer.

Refund Process

  • After the returned product reaches us, it will be checked within 7 business days and the return process will be initiated.

  • If it complies with the return conditions, it will be refunded to you using the payment method you used.

  • For payments made with credit/debit cards, the refund amount will be reflected in your account within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank.

 

Order Cancellation and Exchange

  • You can cancel your order before it proceeds to the approval stage. In this case, the standard return procedure applies.

  • Changes cannot be made to approved orders. You can initiate a return process after the product reaches you.
