In the event that the product you purchased does not look as you imagined on you, making the process as easy and transparent as possible for you is our priority. Here is the delivery, return, and process management guide with ERTEN SHIRT privilege.


Delivery Process

All orders placed through our website, after order confirmation, are delivered to the contracted cargo company within 3 business days at the latest.

  • Official holidays and weekends are not included in business days.

  • When your order is delivered to the cargo, an information email will be sent to you.

  • After delivery to the cargo company, the delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Our aim is to deliver your order to you safely and completely as soon as possible.


14-Day Unconditional Satisfaction

Whether you have shopped from our online store or our physical stores; you have 14 days to change your mind. You can create a return request within 14 days from the moment your product is shipped (or delivered to the store).


Our Return Criteria

For our products to be presented to their next owner with the same perfection, returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The tag must not have been removed,

  • The original box, packaging, and accessories must be preserved,

  • Must be unused and not have lost its "resalable" quality.


Step-by-Step Easy Return Process

We offer two ways for you to handle the return process quickly, without getting bogged down in bureaucracy:

Method 1: From the Online Panel (The Fastest)

  • Log in to our website.

  • Go to the “My Account” > “My Orders” tab.

  • Select the relevant order and click the "Create Return Request" button.

When you contact us, our team will provide you with a special contracted cargo return code.

⚠️ Important Note: Please send your returns with the contracted cargo company and code provided to you. Shipping fees incurred for shipments made with different cargo companies may be charged to you.


When Is the Refund Made?

After the returned package reaches us, it is checked by our expert team within 7 business days (e.g., that the product is unused). After approval, the refund is processed as an instruction to your bank.

  • Credit Cards: According to your bank's procedure, it will be reflected on your statement within 7–14 business days.

This process is entirely dependent on interbank transaction times; thank you for your understanding.


About Cancellation and Exchange

I Want to Cancel My Order:
If your order has not yet moved to "Confirmed" or "Shipped" status, you can cancel it immediately.

Can I Change the Size?
In our systems, the "Return and New Order" method works faster than direct product exchange. You can return the product that doesn't fit and create a new order for the desired size, either without waiting for the refund process or by waiting for it. This ensures that the product you want is reserved for you before it runs out of stock.
